Workshop: Coping with Anxiety While We Parent, Teach and Work from Home

Dr. Anastasia Galanopoulos leads a conversation on how you can help your family through their new normal and interrupt the stress cycle.

The coronavirus pandemic has brought much change, instability, and unpredictability into our lives as parents and professionals.

Depending on your physical location, it may have also brought into your home and family previously unimaginable conversations and images of illness and death. Though some stress, anxiety, and grief can be natural responses and helpful for coping with unexpected events, chronic stress and anxiety can be concerning.

Join us for a conversation on how you can help your children get used to their new normal by interrupting the stress cycle, creating systems of predictability, and implementing strategies to reduce anxiety in yourself and your family.
